Ozmen Un, applying this methodology into the flour mill, broke new ground in Turkey and established one of Europe’s most modern facilities in Gaziantep. Built by Bühler, the world’s leader in technologies and methods for processing grain into flour and feed, Industry 4.0 mill has the most advanced technologies, the highest food safety environment. Erhan Ozmen, the CEO of Ozmen Un said Stefan Birrer, Bühler’s Head of Milling Solutions, and his accompanying delegation visited the new dark factory and was fascinated by the factory.
“I’m proud that we have established Turkey’s first dark mill. In order to be successful, it is necessary to carry out continuous R&D studies and develop. Recently, Mr. Birrer and his team visited our dark mill in Gaziantep. The Head of Milling Solutions at Bühler, world largest supplier in the food processing industry, described our Industry 4.0 mill and licensed warehouses as a world-class complex. This comment motivated us. We are working on changing trends in the food industry, food safety, food technology, and consumer trends in the world. In line with these, we have started to accelerate our efforts to be innovative and to make a difference ”. Mr. Özmen said.
